It is so hot! So I'm stepping away from my normal hot tea and enjoying a little Lipton Green Tea in the bottle it is pretty good cold. So today's fun with learning
was all about Tigers! Habitat and issues with them becoming even more endangered than they already are. They are so beautiful saw one at the zoo up-close, I don't want to meet it without the sturdy layer of glass, but it was cool. We made a foam tiger too, it did not look like the picture. That happens with many of our projects because I am not an artist. My son is sweet he always thinks I do a good job. I wanted a coloring page that illustrated the anatomy of a Tiger, couldn't find one maybe next time. One of the most interesting books we read today was The Scariest Monster In The World by Lee Weatherly & Algy Craig Hall I will give a tweet-sized review about this story because it encouraged discussions about hygiene, friendships, and self-esteem. What does a scary monster do? Scare away potential friends, and live a life of loneliness? Well this scary monster catches something that changes his life? Friends can come in all shapes and sizes, a little friendly crow and a few other foresty pals are just what this scary monster needs. Looks like I've reached the bottom, until next time.
