Good communication is certainly one of the hallmarks of providing excellent customer service. Are you a responsible Seller who responds promptly to inquiries? Do you make it a point to check your selling sites at least once per day and monitor your email for potential questions or requests? In order to make your Customer feel valued, one must be motivated enough to respond promptly and efficiently to any and ALL communications from a customer/potential customer. Let your potential customers know you are listening and that you CAN hear them now. They will reward you with positive feedback and reviews and will become loyal and valued repeat customers!
