Huawei router OSPF and RIP network case

For example, the company has two departments, each department is an independent LAN, in order to make the two departments to the normal communication with each other, sharing resources. Each sector exports by a router to connect, two routers between departments is connected via a ISP routing, now R1 and R2 running the RIP routing protocol, R2 and R3running the OSPF routing protocol. Now need to make the appropriate configuration, realize the communication problem. Huawei Transmission is most used for the Huawei fans.

 

The steps

(1 ) Configure the host Ip address, default gateway.

PC1: 192.168.1.2/24 192.168.1.1

PC2: 192.168.4.2/24 192.168.4.1

 

(2) on R1, R2, router R3 configure Ethernet IP address

R1:

Router#configure terminal

Router (config) #int f0/0

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

Router (config) #int f 0/1

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.2.1 255.255.255.0

 

R2

Router#configure terminal

Router (config) #int f0/1

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.3.2 255.255.255.0

Router (config) #int f 0/0

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.3.1 255.255.255.0

 

R3:

Router#configure terminal

Router (config) #int f0/0

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

Router (config) #int f 0/1

Router (config-if) #ip address 192.168.4.1 255.255.255.0

 

(3) Configured the RIP and OSPF protocols on the router, R3 R1

R1:

Router (config-router) #router rip

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.1.0

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.2.0

 

R3:

Router (config-router) #router OSPF 1

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.3.0.255 area 0

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.4.0.255 area 0

 

R2:

Router (config) #router rip

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.2.0

Router (config-router) #exit

Router (config) #router OSPF 1

Router (config-router) #network 192.168.3.0.255 area 0

Use show ip route to view the routing information; don't get full network routing information.

Router (config) #router rip

Router (config-router) #redistribute OSPF 110

Router (config-router) #exit

Router (config) #router OSPF 1

Router (config-router) #redistribute rip subnets

Router (config-router) #end

 

(4) show ip route

PC Ping test;

Huawei configuration:

Port IP address configuration.

The RIP and OSPF protocols are configured on the router, R3 R1

Use dis IP routing to view the routing information; don't get full network routing information.
