The 11 women will be inducted at an Oct 1 ceremony in Seneca Falls, a western New York village where the first known women s rights convention was held. Established in 1969, the hall acclaims women who have made valuable contributions to society and Short Prom Dresses to the freedom of women.
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is Prom Dresses 2012 up a plan with tourism authorities to promote the Historic Old Salt Museum among Jordanians, according to a JICA official.
Koji Oyama, project coordinator at JICA, said the agency is currently working with local authorities to prepare a comprehensive plan to attract Jordanians as a first step, and then start promoting the museum among international visitors.
“During the first two years of the plan, which we will implement soon, we will initially focus on attracting schoolchildren and Jordanians from all parts of the country,” he told The Jordan Times during a visit to the museum earlier this week.
“Our target is to make the museum a facility for educating children about the history of Jordan and the area, traditions and other issues,” Oyama added.
The museum opened in November 2010 Homecoming Dresses has so far attracted about 1,600 visitors, Balqa Tourism Director Hosam Maharm said during the visit.
He added that the museum needs promotion, noting that it has the potential to attract greater numbers of visitors in the future.
Located in the newly refurbished Abu Jaber House, once the largest building in Salt, the building itself is an artefact of Jordan's 19th century heritage.
JICA renovated the house, utilising the location and unique history of the structure to take visitors back in time.
Each floor, room and staircase of the Cheap Graduation Dresses estate now tells a story from Jordan’s past, detailing the foundation of Salt, the first municipality in Jordan, formed in 1887, and home to the first chamber of commerce, which dates back to 1883.
The museum also highlights Salt as a centre of trade in the early 20th century, when Salti grapes, olive products and other goods were carried to the ports of Jaffa and Acre and sold across the Mediterranean region.
The Japanese government extended a JD58 million soft loan to Cheap Homecoming Dresses seven tourism development projects; approximately JD5.1 million was allocated for the Historic Old Salt Development.
Randa Arabiyat, who is in charge of the educational aspect at the museum, said the plan entails attracting schoolchildren from public and private schools in Salt in the first stage, and expanding to include students from the rest of the country’s governorates.
