While growing up, did it occur to you that you would one day become a star?

Traditional Palestinian dresses, embroidery, handmade ceramics from Hebron, and books and posters on the Palestinian issue will be showcased at the Palestinian Cultural Centre's (PCC) second annual exhibition next week.
The three-day event, which opens on Homecoming Dresses at the Jordan Construction Contractors Association, features traditional items made by 550 women working with the PCC, according to Siham Abu Ghazaleh, culture director at the centre.
"We usually hold exhibitions at our headquarters, but last year we had a large exhibition at the contractors association, and the turnout was very encouraging, so we decided to hold the exhibition again this year and we hope it becomes an annual event," she said.
Abu Ghazaleh told The Jordan Times that the Cheap Corset Prom Dresses of women from refugee camps working with the centre has increased recently due to economic hardships, noting that the exhibition aims to preserve Palestinian heritage and empower Palestinian women.
"Preserving Palestinian heritage is part of preserving the history of this rich culture," she added.
