Addoway just returned from the Ecommerce Merchant Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada last week and let me just start off by saying we had a blast. We had the opportunity to meet current Addoway sellers and others who haven't yet used anything outside of eBay to sell online. There's nothing like meeting sellers face-to-face to gather their perspective on what is needed in a new online selling venue.

I was listening to an informative lecture last week on the evolution of social media and how sellers can utilize this growing trend to maximize themselves and their brand online for free. I couldn’t agree more! With the existence of sites like Twitter, Facebook, and even Foursquare sellers have the ability to combine their social presence with their business and create an “I know who you are” scenario. This type of interaction wasn’t talked about 2 years ago even though it existed.

Human Interaction or what I called “HI” has a ROI on your business; you just need to know what you are looking for. Asking a question on a fan page or through your Twitter account and getting responses is interaction that you can’t get anywhere else. In 2001, Cleveland brothers Zack (now 29), Rob (28), and David Price (26) were college students with no money, no connections and no plans of publishing books. A series of self-published titles, 150,000 sold books and in 2008 sales of nearly a half million dollars; the Price brothers are now ready to enter the book industry for real. On Jan. 1, 2010, just in time for New Year’s resolutions, their newly revamped company, Price World Publishing, based in Chicago, is releasing its first fully outside-authored book, Hardcore Circuit Training for Men. Two more outside-authored books are set for release in March.

We sat down with David Price from award winning online retailer SportsWorkout to get the scoop. See the interview below:

Q: How long have you been selling online?
