I have been drawn with fascination to Hawaiian shirts most of my life and that is a very long time. I have a artistic bend and most of my life I devoted to being a muralist and decorative painter. I love  color combinations and  unique artful prints as well as the subtle muted patterns.  Hawaiian shirts very in patterns, colors, fabric and price but all are comfy, casual, and easy wear. Also, I am a native Californian who has always lived close to the shore line where casual, kick back life style is always the trend.

Silverware and Serving Pieces from Times Gone By Now Eco Friendly


Today I listed some of the many pieces of flatware that have been in my possession for many years.   I ended up with alot of the things from my ancestors because I value the look and historic feelings of things of the past.

If I recall correctly the flatware has not been used since my daughters large garden wedding over 25 years ago.  Previously owned by my grandmother... they were her extra's.  My grandma was a very active party giver that knew how to throw nice parties and luncheons.   She washed those linen table cloths and napkins, starched them, then hung them out to dry on the clothes line.   They had to be sprinkled almost wet then ironed to have the folds just so-so.   Silver was polished and she cooked, baked, cleaned, and did it all.
