A Roo Jacket, Addoway, My Bliss Project, eBay and clean stove grates

Some highlights of my week............

I sold a Roo blanket jacket to a fellow/gal seller/friend on Addoway.

I listed 76 items free on eBay and sold a bunch of things that I have had a long time and marked down.

Got some of my creations for my BIG Bliss project http://www.addoway.com/twysp2/blog/b/Bliss-Christmas-Project that was cluttering up my home to their destination in Long Beach...filled my Rav 4 to the brim..

My daughter drove...it is over 1 1/2 hrs away IF traffic is perfect.
I have many more trips to make before 11/16..the completion date.  Thank you Carla.
I am busy creating new clutter now....for my next trip.

I just learned this week that stove grates are easy to clean.   Why didn't someone tell me 50 yrs ago?  I am almost 74 and have wasted so much time scrubbing them.  In case you do not know the secret  ....put them in a zip lock bag and spray ammonia on them with a little extra in the bag.  (I did one at a time) Close it and leave overnight.....waa la...the burnt on stuff comes right off when washed..,.like magic.

This blog is a conglomeration with non relevant content of my life this week as I try to stay well rounded and keep out of trouble. lol

Thanks for reading and your comments
Marla

Awesome tip about the stove grates! Thanks! If you mix a little ammonia with water, it will also get rid of pet stains in carpet and upholstery. It works and doesn't stain.
