Fredrick has held management positions inside growing companies, including an integral role as a Market Manager for a Fortune 500 company. Fredrick has been featured on MSN Business, American Express, Huffington Post, YoungEntrepreneur and is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Fredrick's desire has always been to bring people together and with Addoway he can accomplish that goal. His leadership, vision, and motivation have continued to drive the creation of Addoway and its overall operations.

Fredrick has a B.S. in Biology and an MBA in Marketing.

Anthony Saia, Jr.

CTO & Co-founder


Anthony previously worked in Naval Radar systems at Lockheed Martin, and also spent 4 years in commercial and residential Audio-Video before deciding to change paths to entrepreneurship. He knew all along that to he wanted to create something of his own. His love of computers and programming, along with a ferocious desire to succeed, has brought us where we are today. He is an expert in PHP, JQuery, and various other web technologies, and is the technical brains behind the operation.

Anthony has a B.S.E. in Computer Systems Engineering.

Rusty Rueff

Advisor


Rusty was CEO of SNOCAP until its sale to imeem in April 2008. Prior Rusty was an EVP for seven years at Electronic Arts. He is an investor and advisor to early stage entertainment and creator resources companies like RootMusic, Rethink Books, PROJECT X, UrbanTag and Spiral Staircase Productions. He sits on the Boards of Glassdoor.com and HireVue. He is the co-author of the book "Talent Force: A New Manifesto for the Human Side of Business". He also is President of the Board of the American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) and Vice-Chair of the GRAMMY Foundation.

Rusty holds an M.S. degree in Counseling, and a B.A. degree, in Radio and Television from Purdue University.

Corey Kossack

In 2004, sitting in his college dorm room at Arizona State, Corey launched his first e-commerce business selling DVDs online. Two years later, he was recognized as one of the world's largest retailers on eBay. He sold his business in 2007 and is now an award-winning entrepreneurial executive, author, and social media enthusiast. Corey built a strong reputation as a young leader in the entrepreneur community as President/CEO of multiple startups, created a million-dollar company from scratch and has been featured extensively in national media outlets for his entrepreneurial efforts. Corey is currently a Managing Partner at Game Change Ventures, a venture development firm that helps social media and energy startups launch and grow.

Josh Manley

Josh’s leadership spans over a decade of successful business development, e-commerce and marketing experience. Prior to launching a career as an entrepreneur, Josh held positions with Haagen Mulit-Media and Discovertel Communications. As the founder of Sellit Social Commerce, he grew the company from three original employees to over 23 in less than two years. His popular e-commerce sites Cartfly.com and Sellit cater to over 13,000 merchants worldwide and have been covered by leading publications including Business Week, Entrepreneur Magazine, PC World, INC. Magazine and The New York Times. Throughout his career he has executed key partnership agreements with companies like Yahoo, Ning, CafePress, RockYou, Revolution Money and many others.

Josh received his B.A. from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. where he also served as class president.
