Refund/Return Policy
You have 10 days after you received the item to contact us by email for instruction on how to send back the item. If you do not do this within the 10 days your refund will not be granted.
All returned items have a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items will be replaced if we have a replacement. You must email us within 5 days of receiving the damage item for instructions on how to ship back to us. Sometimes we will not ask for the item to be returned if you show proof of damage on Deco Breeze Fans,Deco Flair Decorative items or Deco Glow Candles. We may ask for you to show proof of damage by emailing us a clear photo of the damage.
