Refund/Return Policy

I make every effort to examine what I sell and note anything worthy of mention, any flaw or imperfection. However, my eyes aren’t perfect and if I have overlooked something, it wasn’t intentional. Email me and let’s talk about it. Also note, if you are offended by or allergic to dog hair, cat hair, horse hair, goat hair, bird feathers, cigarette or cigar smoke, food aromas, or naturally occurring irritants such as pollen etc. you might not want to buy any of my items. Not to say that all of these will be present, I just can’t guarantee they won’t. I buy and sell many things and to my knowledge, none of them have come from a “sterile” environment. I do however make sure I’m not sending you something covered in grime. Mine is a non-smoking household but I have three mutt dogs that help me do everything I do – including pack boxes. -;) If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, drop me an email and we’ll work things out so that we’re both satisfied. No partial refunds. Sorry. Refunds are only made if item is not as described and it is *returned*, and I will not cover return shipping for items that are as described but buyer did not read description (sorry again)
