As Addoway changes, so must our reach to customers

Hi Addoway friends and family,

We've seen a great shift in Addoway's online presence in the last few months. I'm sure that makes for many happy Addoway store owners right? New expansion and online visibility equals new customer experiences for all of us. It's simply awesome to see Addoway links appearing on Google Shopping!

So as a successful online retailer myself, I thought I'd share some recent lessons and pass them on to you.

Are you reaching out to your customers through facebook? Twitter? Possibly sharing product links of other Addoway members items on Digg? If not, start!

Sharing product links is essential and your customers do care about what you have in stock and especially what new things they can get their hands on! Let me help you - here are 3 must-do Addoway tips to follow.

1. Talk  to your customers on social media networks! You're both there, so why not link up?
2. Ask and engage - ask people what they want and deliver the goods! You may think your new Britney Spears Singles Collection will be a smash, but if everyone wants the new Madonna Sticky & Sweet CD/DVD, then carry that also. Do not limit yourself.
3. Chat with other Addoway members - we are all a team looking for an alternative to the "big-dog" e-commerce sites chewing us up and spitting us out. Most Addoway members are on facebook and willing to help you out.
