We will describe the products to best of our ability with aid of the information we receive from the manufacture. But sometimes our description and yours may not agree or the picture just doesn’t show it the way you thought it did. We understand things like that happen so contact us and send it back if you are not happy with it. Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days from the date we shipped the item. If the mistake is ours we will pay for shipping it back and give you a full refund to include shipping and handling..
If you just don’t like the item, send it back but you must pay return postage. Once we receive the item we will refund the amount you paid for it within one business day.
