St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Merry Christmas. This is the time for giving and helping others, so I'd like to tell you a little story that I'm sure most of you know. Reader Comments (6)

That's nice. I like the Angel Tree that the Salvation Army does.

St. Jude's is a miracle place for so many, never turning any child away because of monetary reasons. Thanks for the blog and for the link...

St Jude's is an amazing place - and the people who work there are truly angels

St. Jude's is among the top charitable organizations out there - your money really helps the children, and doesn't mostly go to adminisrative expenses like many charities. Well done!

My friend took my sister and me on a tour. I was really reluctant, thinking that I would see those sick kids and be bawling. These were the most upbeat children I have ever seen. Laughing, playing and just in general being children. No crying and "Oh, woe is me" attitudes. The doctors and nurses had a real affinity for children. You could see it on their faces.
Surprisi9ngly, I enjoyed my tour. Ity is an amazing place and they do amazing things. |
