I was listening to an informative lecture last week on the evolution of social media and how sellers can utilize this growing trend to maximize themselves and their brand online for free. I couldn’t agree more! With the existence of sites like Twitter, Facebook, and even Foursquare sellers have the ability to combine their social presence with their business and create an “I know who you are” scenario. This type of interaction wasn’t talked about 2 years ago even though it existed.
Human Interaction or what I called “HI” has a ROI on your business; you just need to know what you are looking for. Asking a question on a fan page or through your Twitter account and getting responses is interaction that you can’t get anywhere else.
