Have you spent the time checking out your store as another buyer?

I will ask it again. Have you spent the time checking out your store as another buyer?

Seriously, have you taken the time to make sure you are totally logged out of Addoway and then just visited your store to see how it looks? If so, what did you think? Did you like the way it looked? Would you change something? Is your banner picture blurry? Do you like the listings that come up first in your store?

More importantly, did you try making a purchase to see if everything is setup correctly and that you got taken directly to PayPal or Google Wallet to finalize the payment?

The reason we ask this is because we are finding more and more scenarios where a sellers listings are not setup correctly and their shipping calculator has expired. Buyers are trying to make purchases, but they get error messages that shipping options like UPS are not setup, so they can't buy the item. Your calculator is either not setup or it expired.

How can it expire? Well the most common way is due to the fact that the last time you edited your listings was when you made that large import from eBay and your shipping options came over with it. Well when those calculators expire on eBay, they also expire on Addoway. We get requests every day asking us why someone can't make a purchase from someone's store. It's pretty simple...just spend some time every now and then checking out your store as a buyer. Sometimes it might mean changing your listings that come up first. Maybe it's changing your banner picture or maybe adding a blog or two. If you change your calculator on eBay, come over to Addoway and click Sync and do another fresh new import.

If you are interested in setting up your shipping with the Addoway calculator, please visit here.
It's not difficult, but it takes time, so please take the time to give it a read and if you have questions, you can always reach out to the support team and they will be able to assist you. You will know if your shipping options are correct, when you go to try to purchase and be sent to PayPal or Google and you get an error message. If it takes you over to those sites, then you are GOOD TO GO!

We just wanted to make sure we reminded everyone who doesn't do it, to spend some time checking out their store every now and then. You can't just setup shop and sit back and wait for those orders. Try making a purchase just to make sure everything is working right. If you go all the way through give yourself a nice pat on the back. :)

Good luck!

Addoway, Inc: Have you spent the time checking out your "Contact Us Messages" from your buyers please?

Both me and my seller have submitted a report thru Contact Us for assistance almost 2 weeks ago and have not heard back from Support. I've just now resubmitted this report as a 3rd time for follow up.

Is Support not receiving any trouble tickets or perhaps busy with other issues, etc?

Again, have you spent the time checking out your Support tickets from other buyers or sellers?

Thank ya'

Yes we have seen your support tickets come through for the fix in feedback and they are in the queue to be fixed. We have some other issues that are more priority at this moment, but this will be fixed shortly for you. Your submission to our support staff was submitted 7 days ago and while we tend to address issues within 72 hours, this once has gone beyond that timeframe, which we apologize for, but it will be fixed for you. Thank you.

Hello Fred, I was glad to accidentally come across this blog when I logged in on 4/25th to do something here and strongly agree with what you've suggested to your sellers.

Being your Addoway buyer with an 8 page of feedback, I would like to remind others how crucial it is if they do not log into their shop at least once per week.

I buy "quite a plenty" online on a weekly-basis and the very first thing I do as a BUYER is:

1) See when was the last date you logged into your store
2) Send a message to ask if the item listed is currently available for instant purchase
3 If no reply (and I really WANT to BUY IT) then I'll wait 5-7 days before I move on to another place to make my purchases
4) If seller has no Addoway feedback but their "Imported Feedback %" is not good along with the 3 indicators mentioned above then I will not consider to purchase

If I contact Addoway Support for something (in general) and they find the time to reply back to me then any seller should also be doing the same with their potential buyers.

I truly believe those that "I know here" have told me that this is a very nice place to be.

If I believe this then so should you!

Thank ya'

I keep trying to sign in with my email but can not. I have to sign in via Facebook. I have all my product(s) listed and wish NOT to sign in through FB if I do not have to.

Also, how can I view any traffic on my Storefront? Views, Watching, Bids, etc

Thanks
Maria

NUCKLQUEEN} That's strange? I'm logged in shopping and I see your store with 128 products and it ALL EXISTS

Boy, glad I came in here. Never thought about testing the ordering process. Still learning this retailer thing and it's a lot more than I thought! Thanks for helping me figure things out.
