I will ask it again. Have you spent the time checking out your store as another buyer?
Seriously, have you taken the time to make sure you are totally logged out of Addoway and then just visited your store to see how it looks? If so, what did you think? Did you like the way it looked? Would you change something? Is your banner picture blurry? Do you like the listings that come up first in your store?
More importantly, did you try making a purchase to see if everything is setup correctly and that you got taken directly to PayPal or Google Wallet to finalize the payment?
The reason we ask this is because we are finding more and more scenarios where a sellers listings are not setup correctly and their shipping calculator has expired. Buyers are trying to make purchases, but they get error messages that shipping options like UPS are not setup, so they can't buy the item. Your calculator is either not setup or it expired.
How can it expire? Well the most common way is due to the fact that the last time you edited your listings was when you made that large import from eBay and your shipping options came over with it. Well when those calculators expire on eBay, they also expire on Addoway. We get requests every day asking us why someone can't make a purchase from someone's store. It's pretty simple...just spend some time every now and then checking out your store as a buyer. Sometimes it might mean changing your listings that come up first. Maybe it's changing your banner picture or maybe adding a blog or two. If you change your calculator on eBay, come over to Addoway and click Sync and do another fresh new import.
If you are interested in setting up your shipping with the Addoway calculator, please visit here.
It's not difficult, but it takes time, so please take the time to give it a read and if you have questions, you can always reach out to the support team and they will be able to assist you. You will know if your shipping options are correct, when you go to try to purchase and be sent to PayPal or Google and you get an error message. If it takes you over to those sites, then you are GOOD TO GO!
We just wanted to make sure we reminded everyone who doesn't do it, to spend some time checking out their store every now and then. You can't just setup shop and sit back and wait for those orders. Try making a purchase just to make sure everything is working right. If you go all the way through give yourself a nice pat on the back. :)
