Yes I do it: Save Money by Re-Using Packing Material

In todays economy everyone is trying to save money, including businesses.

This is how Adammas Notions saves money, by re-using boxes and packaging materials.

Being a home based business it has its advantages, I re-use the boxes that I receive when I order inventory. The bubble wrap, peanuts, and foam if in good condition, will get re-used for shipments.

In four simple steps, you can do it too.

I take all the packing peanuts or bubble film out. The peanuts go in a bag for later use and the bubble films is neatly folded and placed inside a box, also for later use.
I take any and all labels off the box.
I break down the box so it can fold neatly in a space in my home office closet.
Papers that are shredder do not go to waste, I use most of the shredded paper as packaging material too.

If I buy something from you and I get a box or bubble wrap envelope that I see that can be re-used, best believe it I will re-use it.

There you have it folks, a penny earned is a penny save, and if I can save some pennies by re-using shipping materials, I can save enough to invest in my company.
