Welcome to BeewitchingItems. I am retired from BellSouth and my husband is retired from Lockheed. I love gardening and reading. I have been selling online for several years, heard about Addoway and decided to give it a try. I sell a variety of items, both new and used. I hope you enjoy your visit with me and that you will visit often.
We are pet lovers and have four dogs and six cats, all of them found us at one time or another and all have been neutered or spayed. We also have three aquariums filled with all kinds of fish. We are flea market vendors on the weekends and we have two sons, one daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren, 2 (one boy and one girl) of which are in the Marine Corps and married, the other two are teenagers. I also sell on Bonanza and occasionally on eBay. Motherson March 15th 2012

Hunting and Yellow Jacketson March 1st 2012
When my Daddy was young he was always going hunting, mainly to help feed his family and my husband was also a hunter for the same reason. I had never been hunting and my Daddy and my husband talked me into going one day, this was many years ago before my Daddy died in 1975. So, here I go in my jeans and sweater carrying a 22 rifle. I really don't know what I thought that I was doing because old soft hearted me would never have been able to shoot an animal. But, we were having fun tromping through the woods in North Carolina where my Daddy lived after he retired. I was having fun just looking at all the beautiful plants that were still living in the woods and even pointed my gun at a rabbit once while saying 'there goes one.' Then, all of a sudden I was in extreme pain, looked down and I was standing on a yellow jacket nest and they were going up my pants leg. I screamed... Read More |
